Silk Rebellion Collection
Goli June is a Chicago-based bridal label rooted in inclusivity, ethical design, and the belief that weddings should feel joyful — never performative. Founded by designer and creative director Goli Parivian, the brand creates made-to-order gowns in its Chicago atelier, designed for women to celebrate love on their own terms.
When Goli June introduced its newest collection, Silk Rebellion, we partnered with the brand as more than just a production team — we acted as cultural and creative collaborators. Drawing inspiration from 1960s Iran, the strength of Persian women, and the timelessness of silk, the collection is a love letter to heritage and modernity.
All Photography by Mari Trancoso
Our team developed the visual concept and moodboards that shaped the campaign’s direction, led model casting, and sourced the venue. On set, we worked closely with photographer Mari Trancoso to translate the creative vision into images that captured both intimacy and strength. From styling Persian rugs and gowns to arranging set details by hand, we were fully involved in bringing the concept to life.
As a Persian-owned studio, we were uniquely positioned to bring authenticity to the project. We understand the cultural nuances and layered histories that informed this collection, allowing us to weave together tradition and modernity with intention. Collaborating with Ahmadi Rugs, we selected Persian rugs that grounded the shoot, giving each hero image a sense of place and history.
The result was a campaign that feels deeply personal — a visual tribute to women’s strength, Persian heritage, and the modern bride writing her own story.
