We are a boutique social-first agency working with a roster of design, hospitality, and culture brands. The kind of clients where taste is the whole point and everything has to earn its place. We're hiring someone who lives and breathes this world and can help us keep showing up for our clients with content that feels considered, current, and genuinely good.
What you'll do
Develop content ideas, pitches, and monthly calendars across client accounts
Write sharp, on-brand copy and captions
Shoot and edit video content for Reels and TikTok
Manage day-to-day account activity on Instagram and TikTok — posting, engagement, community management
Stay up-to-date on trends across design, hospitality, and culture, and translate them into ideas that make sense for our clients
Collaborate with the team on shoots, content days, and campaign rollouts
Who you are
You have real experience creating content for social, and not just consuming it
You know your way around video editing (CapCut, Premiere, whatever your tool of choice)
You've managed Instagram and TikTok accounts before and understand what actually performs on each
You can write confidently, with voice, and minimal AI tweaks
You have a genuine eye for interior design, hospitality, and culture brands.
You're organized, responsive, and can juggle multiple clients without dropping the thread

Up to 30 hours per week, depending on the candidate
This is a hybrid position with on-site/in-office days on an as-needed basis.
Compensation will range from $15.00/hour - $30.00/hour, dependent on applicant.

This is a learning-first role. You'll get exposure to how an agency actually runs, sit in on client work, and take on real projects with our guidance and mentorship along the way.

Research brands, competitors, and category references for client strategy
Sit in on client meetings and internal brainstorms

A strong writer with an eye for aesthetics
Curious about interior design, hospitality, and culture
Comfortable with the core tools (Instagram, TikTok, Canva; bonus points for CapCut or Premiere)
Reliable, organized, and excited to learn

Stipend: $1,500, paid at the end of the 3-month term
